Dazzling Customer Service:
Our Customer Service Call Center partner maintains a fully-functional call center answered by trained representatives who know about the products we sell and the needs of our Members. In addition to the capability of accommodating numerous concurrent incoming calls, our Call Center utilizes a self-monitoring call management system with automatic call distribution.Our Customer Service Call Center is available to handle a wide variety of inquiries from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time on Saturdays. Members are welcome to leave voice messages after hours and calls are returned by a designated agent within 24 hours.
